2024 required our organization to be agile. Sometimes that meant slowing down, sometimes speeding up. What remained constant was our course of inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship, supported by values, people, and long-term thinking.
A milestone and a mission
We celebrated 60 years of A-kwadraat with our feet firmly on the ground and our hearts full. We took new steps with our Talent Academy, deepened co-creation with customers, and received valuable recognition for our sustainable business practices with the SDG Champion certificate.
Building people and valuable workplaces
Construction is not always about bricks and mortar. It is about people who grow, in workplaces that suit them, in systems that move with them. We want to be an organization that responds to the needs of the region, our customers, and a changing society, and thus continues to offer added value. The fact that this way of working has been awarded five EFQM stars confirms that our mission, vision, and values not only provide direction, but also deliver results.
