At A-kwadraat, we are also feeling the effects of economically volatile years. Our response? Collaboration. Internally, we are joining forces, reorganizing, and investing in new setups and installations; externally, we are seeking out customers to help them and linking up with sustainable initiatives. In this way, we also respond to the changing needs of the diverse Turnhout region: who feels distanced from the labor market, and how can we help them get started? How can we contribute to activation?

Strong together with the right workforce

Customers see that our approach also meets their needs, which increases the demand for more workers, including for work at their location. If we identify a digital divide, we provide training. It is noteworthy that we are taking our first steps in the healthcare sector, where our people support healthcare staff by taking on daily maintenance tasks.

Sustainability is creating the future together

Sustainability is essentially a form of cooperation, of reaching out. To people today and to future generations, from whom we borrow space and resources. It is not the easiest route, but looking ahead to 2024, our five-star EFQM score confirms our vision and daily practice. This is certain, no matter what the years bring: sustainable working benefits everyone: people, the environment, organizations, performance, and society.
