What you do as a customized support worker

• You supervise a group of people who are distanced from the labor market in a production environment and encourage them to complete a defined task correctly and on time.
• You are responsible for preparing and correctly executing the assignments.
• You have administrative skills and are proficient in data processing on a PC.
• You actively participate with your group and guide them in a positive and stimulating manner.

What you need to be able to do

• Guiding people who are distanced from the labor market to find meaningful work that matches their talents. A professional bachelor's degree in human sciences is also a good choice.
• Align the division of tasks with the skills and needs of production workers.
• Enjoy working in a production environment and know how to get things done. Setting up machines, organizing work arrangements in a practical way, calling in materials on time and correctly...
• Ensure the preparation and correct execution of assignments and the required registrations in the data system.
• Guaranteeingquality and safety.
• Working well together within a team, coordinated by the foreman.
