What you do as a customized support worker
You will depart daily from our A-kwadraat 4 location in Gierle with a small team of green maintenance workers. You will work on site for private clients and municipalities. You will participate yourself and create a suitable environment for everyone. You will provide the work materials and translate the client's expectations into clear assignments for your team.
What you need to be able to do
- Weeding, planting, laying paving, and much more. That is why experience in landscaping and a basic knowledge of mowers and pruning equipment are required.
- Supporting people who are distanced from the labor market to find meaningful work that matches their talents.
- Organizing, structuring, and keeping logistics in order.
- Guaranteeingquality and safety.
- Managing a team and maintaining contact with customers.
- Physical outdoor work. So you need to be in good shape.
- Driving a van, including a trailer. For this, you must have a Class B and BE driver's license .
